Cleaning of your villas takes place while you’re away or upon request. Our sole purpose is to serve you better and provide you with an ultra luxury experience at Over Water Villas.
The Villa Manager at Over Water Villas is responsible for the operational flow and handling the staff at the property. Currently, the villa manager is available at our Rumah Hutan villas only and will be your stay genie at any point in response to your queries. You can always reach out to your villa manager on the contact details provided to you at the time of your booking and through the hotline available in your villas.
The Villa Attendants at Over Water Villas are the ones maintaining the shine throughout the property. They handle cleanliness as well as the overall hygiene of the facility maintaining the set standards to present you a lavish retreat.
The attendants are available at your service in Casa Brilhante villas round over the clock on a rotating basis. Be sure to ring us up from your villa anytime, be it something you need to get fixed or anything to be picked, your stay genies will be right at your doorstep.
We have a team of attendants taking care of the swimming pool, the garden and the general arrangements at your villa. They will be helping villa attendants as well in the preparations as and when required.
Your security is our priority and that’s why at Over Water Villas we have round the clock staff to protect our facility. The security staff works on a rotational basis and have been trained in advance to tackle emergency situations if need be.
Drivers are available on demand while you pre-book our luxury rental cars or if required for your private vehicles. Do make sure to share a request prior to the date of your travel for us to accommodate it efficiently.
The swimming pool is cleaned and sanitized every morning. If you wish to get it cleaned as per your itinerary, we advise you to inform the attendants accordingly.
Swimming pool & garden area is accessible for all our guests throughout the day. We urge you to accompany your children in and around the pool as a safety measure.
