- Check-in time is 15:00 hrs & Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
- Smoking and Littering strictly prohibited on premises
- Smoking inside rooms strictly prohibited - fine of 20,000INR
- Consumption, or possession of any narcotic drugs strictly prohibited on premises
- Villa entertainment timings 10.00 am to 10.00 pm.

- Refundable Security Deposit paid during check-in - 30,000INR

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 60 days prior to the check-in date: 80% of booking amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation 60-30 days prior to the check-in date: 50% of booking amount will be refunded
- Cancellations within 30 days of the check-in date: Total amount Non-refundable
- No refund on partial payments resulting in cancellation
